That title sounds funny but it’s true. You need to really like serving people to make the agency model work. Not only clients but your team too.
Seems kind of obvious but…you would be surprised at how many people I talk with that have a hard time with customer service. Either they have never worked in a retail environment or it’s just not their favorite. Those who have a service-based business can get caught up in helper mode or people-pleaser mode. And if you’re not careful, that eats into your profit margins.
It’s a delicate dance of serving and putting up some gates around your time.
